The sweet potatoes are one of my favorites! They are so easy they only take a few minutes and you have sweet deliciousnes!
It's a great way to get kids to eat sweet potatoes without frying. Let me know what you think?

Ingredients

2-3
jewel sweet potatoes
1/4 c
evoo
salt

Step-By-Step

1Cut up jeweled potatoes that have been cleaned and dried into Wedges. Then I usually put them in a plastic bowl
2Sprinkle liberally with salt and drizzle the oil.
Make sure they are all covered with salt and oil
3Preheat oven to 400° on convection
4Most of the time either use the SIL pat or parchment paper. I place the potatoes on the parchment paper and then I drizzle what's left of the oil in the bowl over them and pop them in the oven
5Bake about 20 to 30 minutes until the edges are brown
