Ingredients For sherried beef stew

    beef stew cubed
  • 1 c
    sliced celery
  • 1 c
    sliced carrots
  • 1 c
    sliced onions
  • 1/2
    green pepper, diced
  • 28 oz
    can crushed tomatoes
  • 3 Tbsp
    tapioca
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    sherry

How To Make sherried beef stew

  • 1
    Combine all ingredients in a large pan. Cover and bake at 300 degrees for 5 hours or 3-4 hours for a tender cut of meat. Makes 6 servings.
