Ingredients

4
potatoes, grated
8 slice
bread
water
1 small
onion, grated
salt and pepper
2
eggs, well beaten
1 tsp
parsley, minced

Step-By-Step

1Dip bread in water and squeeze out most of the water. Combine all ingredients. Mix and form into 2-inch balls. Roll in flour. Drop in salted boiling water or broth. Cook covered for 15 minutes. Makes 4 servings.
