Ingredients

large potatoes boiled with skin and grated when cold
1 stick
butter
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
3 Tbsp
milk
1 tsp
salt
1 pt
sour cream
1 bunch
green onions
pepper to taste
2 Tbsp
butter
1 c
crushed potato chips

Directions Step-By-Step

Melt stick of butter, add soup, sour cream salt, pepper and milk.

Add to grated potatoes, fold in chopped green onions. Put in baking dish.

Melt additional butter and add to potato chips and sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 50 minutes at 375 degrees.
