I found this recipe in a cook book for people with Thyroid issues. I have changed the seasonings in this recipe...I have used Tony Chachere's, garlic powder, onion powder, etc. This recipe is very versatile....time to let your taste buds run wild!!!!

1/4 colive oil, extra virgin

1 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper
How To Make oven roasted potato wedges

1Wash potatoes, cut into wedges.

2Place wedges in a lg bowl, drizzle with olive oil, add salt and pepper, toss to coat.

3Place the wedges on an ungreased cookie sheet, bake for 30 minutes at 400 degrees.
