My Kind Of Fried Taters

this is just a different way of cooking fried taters. when I make fried taters this is the way I make them. I don't like plain tater at all they don't have any taste. my family loves these and so do I.

Ingredients

7-8
potatos
1 medium
bell pepper
1 medium
onion
salt and pepper to taste
butter or cooking oil. i use both

Step-By-Step

1peel and slice you potatoes. give them a good wash in water. chop up your onions and bell peppers. add some butter or cooking oil to a skillet and put your taters in the pan add the onions and bell peppers then add you salt and pepper.
2now to add some jazz to it you can also add some montreal steak seasoning. I don't always put that in my taters I do some times. to me it just gives it a good flavor.
