Mozzarella and Parmesan Cheese Potatoes

I was looking for a different side dish. This is my concoction and will be making it again. My family loved it. You can't go wrong with potatoes and cheese.

Cheese and potatoes- such a delicious combination. This recipe couldn't be any easier to prepare. It's a great alternative for the holidays. So good!

Ingredients

5 to 6 medium
potatoes peeled and cut into pieces
1 1/2 c
mozzarella cheese
1 c
shredded parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp
garlic salt
paprika
1/4 c
melter butter

Directions Step-By-Step

Boil potatoes until tender.

Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Place potatoes in a 2 quart baking dish. Pour butter over over potatoes, lightly sprinkle garlic salt and paprika over potatoes. Sprinkle cheese over potatoes and bake until cheese has melted.
