Ingredients

1 small
onion, minced
1 - 23 oz
salsa con queso ( med heat )
1 - 30 oz
shredded hash browns - or have used cubed style homefries
1 - 8 oz
sour cream
1 stick
butter, melted
1 - 16 oz
shredded, fiesta blend cheese

Step-By-Step

Step 1 Direction Photo

1Preheat oven to 350 degree F.

Mix all ingredients in a large bowl except for the Fiesta blend cheese.

2Spray a 9 x 12 baking dish with non stick cooking spray.

Spread hash brown mixture evenly into prepared dish.

Bake for 50 minutes and remove from oven.

3Sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese and bake another 10 - 15 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.

4Remove from oven and leave set up about 5 minutes, before cutting.
