German Potato Salad

- red potatoes, cut into bite sized chunks
- 1/4 - 1/2 lb
- onion, chopped
- apple cider vinegar
1In a large pot, boil potatoes in salted water until tender. Drain.
2Chop bacon into small pieces. In a large fry pan, fry bacon until crisp. Drain well on paper towels.
3Using the same pan, saute onion in the bacon drippings until translucent.
4Add cooked potatoes & bacon to the fry pan. Stir well and heat through.
5Drizzle with the vinegar, to taste. Stir well and serve warm.
