Delicious Roasted Potatoes
In the summer, I bake these till almost done, then finish them off on the grill...don't be sparing on the garlic...garlic makes everything taste better...yum!

- 2 lb
- baby red potatoes, or any small potato....i prefer red - not peeled & cut in half
- 3 Tbsp
- olive oil
- 2 Tbsp
- melted butter
- rosemary, garlic salt, fresh ground pepper, steak seasoning, salt, dried parsley
- of minced garlic...i use at least 6 cloves
SEASONINGS I USE...USE TO YOUR OWN TASTE...ALSO, USE ROSEMARY SPARINGLY...AS IT'S PRETTY POTENT, YOU DON'T WANT TO ONLY TASTE THAT IN YOUR POTATOES
1Preheat oven to 425 degree F.
Slice potatoes in half, place in a large bowl...
Combine oil and butter.
Now, drizzle the oil and seasonings over potatoes, and toss to evenly coat.
Bake uncovered 40 to 45 minutes, turning half way through baking time. Baking time may vary depending on the size of the potatoes.
Potatoes should be a light golden brown and tender.
