Clean Cooking: Fast Breakfast Potatos

- 4 medium
- 2 large
- 1 tsp
- rosemary, dried
- cajun seasoning
- salt and pepper to tatste
- olive oil to coat pan
1Coat skillet with a thin layer of olive oil over medium heat
2slice potatos and shallots very thin ( i used the long slit in greater)
3Add potatos and shallots in oil, springle salt and pepper to taste
4Springle tumeric and rosemary, cover with lid for 5 min.
Use spatula to flip potatos
5Add 4 tables spoons of water to potatos (put lid on skillet)
Cook until tender.
