Ingredients

1 pkg
8 oz.) fine noodles, cooked and drained
4
eggs, large
1/2 c
melted butter
1 pkg
(8 oz.) whipped cream cheese
8 oz
small curd cottage cheese
1 pt
sour cream
1/2 c
sugar
3/4 c
golden raisins (optional)
1/2 tsp
salt
1 Tbsp
sugar
2 tsp
cinnamon

Step-By-Step

1Place sour cream, cottage cheese, cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar and salt in a food processor and process until blended, about 20 seconds.

2Add the eggs and butter and process about 5 seconds more.

3In a large bowl, mix cream cheese mixture and noodles, then add raisins and mix.

4Put kugel mixture into a greased 13 X 9 inch pan.

5In a small bowl, combine 1 tbsp. sugar and 2 tsps. cinnamon and sprinkle on top.

6Bake in a 350 degree oven for 45-50 minutes.
