Ingredients

1 stick
butter
1 lb
pasta of choice
1/4 c
goat cheese cubed
1/2 c
fresh grated parmesan
1/2 c
fresh grated romano cheese
1/4 c
shredded gruyere cheese
salt and pepper to taste

Step-By-Step

1Cook pasta in salted boiling water. Drain
2Melt butter in large pan. Add pasta. Add cheese one at a time until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
