- 1 pkg
- (8 ounces) fine noodles, cooked
- 3 c
- milk or coconut milk
- 1 c
- 2 tsp
- 1/4 c
- butter, melted
- 3/4 c
- shredded coconut
1Beat the eggs, milk, sugar and vanilla together in a bowl.
Stir in the cooked noodles.
Pour the noodle mixture into a greased 9 X 13 inch baking pan.
2Pour the melted butter over the noodles, then top with the coconut.
3Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
If desired, can mix melted butter and coconut before putting on kugel.
