Caraway Noodles

A simple side dish that is great with German food. From Bon Appetit, February 1995.

Ingredients

1 lb
egg noodles, 1/2-inch wide
2 Tbsp
butter
1 Tbsp
caraway seeds
2 Tbsp
parsley, chopped

Step-By-Step

1Cook noodles in large pot of boiling salted water until just tender but still firm to bite. Drain well.
2Melt butter in same large pot.
3Add noodles and caraway seeds and toss to coat.
4Season with salt and pepper.
5Transfer to plates.
6Sprinkle with parsley.
