broccoli florets
1/2 lb
bow-tie pasta, cooked and drained
2 Tbsp
butter, unsalted
2 Tbsp
good olive oil
1 tsp
garlic minced
1
lemon zest, grated
1/2 tsp
pepper
1 Tbsp
lemon juice concentrate
1/4 c
toasted pigioli pine nuts
1/8 c
parmesane cheese

Directions Step-By-Step

Cook broccoli for 3 minutes and drain. Add broccoli and pasta to a large bowl.

saute butter, olive oil,garlic and lemon zest over medium low heat for 1 minuter remove from heat.
add reaming ingredients and stir and toss with broccoli and pasta.
