Tasty Sweet/Sour Brussel Sprouts

This recipe was given to me by a chef who served it as a side dish. I've served it many times and have given the recipe at the same time.

Ingredients

8 brussel sprouts,cut in half
c
1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
c
1/4 cup brown sugar (firmly packed)
tsp
1 tsp garlic powder
c
1/4 hot water

Step-By-Step

1After cutting Brussel Sprouts in half, combine all ingredients listed and marinate for 1/2 hour in an oven proof dish.

2Preheat oven at 350ยบ add the dish with the Burussel Sprouts and bake for 1/2 hour. Remove and serve hot.

3This side dish has always been a favorite of my family and friends.
