This is one of my families favorite burgers. Wonderful Asian flavors. I hope you try it, you will love it too. Grill them or as I did, fry in a griddle. Enjoy!

Place all ingredients in a medium bowl, using clean hands or a spatula, toss ingredients together until well combined. I let set for 10 minutes to take some chill off the meat. Divide the meat into 4 even patties.

I was going to grill them, but decided to use my cast iron griddle. I got my griddle pretty hot, added some oil and placed the patties evenly apart. Don't over crowd.

Cook on one side about 5 minutes, turn and repeat on the other side. Don't press down on the burgers, you want the burgers juicy. Sometimes once brown on both sides, I finish in cooking in the oven. ( that's if using cast iron.) If grilling, grill as you normally would grill a burger. Get it good and hot though, to sear and seal in all those yummy juices.

When no longer pink in the center. Serve on a bun with your favorite condiments. I threw together a last minute sauce. Just stirred the mayo with the Wasabi and sweet chili sauce. My son loved it. Enjoy!
