Ingredients

2 can(s)
32 oz. each of campbells pork and beans
1 c
ketchup
1 c
molasses
1 tsp
liquid smoke
1 small
sweet onion, diced
1/2 c
packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp
coarse black pepper
1 tsp
horseradish mustard
8 slice
bacon

Step-By-Step

1Drain one can of beans completely, leave juice from other can. Pour both into a large bowl. Add all ingredients except bacon. Mix together well.
2Spray sides and bottom of an 9x13 casserole dish with non stick spray oil.
3Pour beans into dish, lay bacon across top. Cover with foil and bake at 375° for 2 hrs. Remove foil and turn broiler on low to crisp up bacon, it will only take a few minutes. Allow to cool a few minutes and serve.
