A friend gave me this recipe. I had it at their house in the middle of winter and the fresh taste of the cucumbers was really great.

Ingredients

7 c
cucumber sliced
3 c
onions thinly sliced
1 c
cider vinegar
2 c
sugar
1 tsp
salt
1 tsp
celery seed
2 tsp
mustard seeds

Step-By-Step

1Put the sliced cucumbers and onions in a large bowl.

2Combine the rest of the ingredients in a saucepan. Heat just to the boiling point. Cool slightly
