Ingredients For bacon ranch deviled eggs

  • 6
    eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 slice
    bacon
  • 2 Tbsp
    chives, divided
  • 1/2 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    ranch seasoning
  • 1/8 tsp
    fresh ground pepper
  • 2 Tbsp
    roasted red pepper, diced
  • 2 oz
    sharp cheddar cheese, finely shredded

How To Make bacon ranch deviled eggs

    Place bacon slices on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes or until golden and crisp. Set aside to cool.

    Slice eggs removing egg yolks.

    In a medium mixing bowl add egg yolks, cheese, mayo, 1 tablespoon chives, roasted red pepper, ranch season, and pepper.

    Fill egg halves with mixture generously. Dice bacon and sprinkle over the top. Add additional tablespoon of chives.
