Ingredients

apple peeled
1 tsp
sugar or honey
1/2 c
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1-2 Tbsp
red wine
1/2 tsp
cinnamon

Directions Step-By-Step

Chop or coarsely grate the apple and mash thoroughly with the remaining ingredients. Beat until the mixture is smooth and free of lumps. If desired, correct seasoning to taste.
