|1 1/2 c||all purpose baking mix|
|1 1/4 c||American cheese, grated|
|4 c||zucchini, grated|
This tastes like the best stuffing ever, it is baked in a 8x10 casserole, just like regular bread stuffing, but is so moist and flavorful. A great way to use excess zucchini from the garden, or just freeze the grated zucchini and use for future enjoyment in this dish.
