Cook zucchini in 2 cups of water until just tender, still crisp. Donot over cook. Drain and set aside. Combine 1/2 of stuffing mix with some of melted butter, put mixture in a buttered 13'x 9'x1'casserole dish. Mix together zucchini, chopped onions, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, 1/4 cup of the shredded cheese. Put half of the zucchini mixture over in casserole dish, then lay the rest of cheese on top of zucchini mixture, then put the rest of other zucchini mixture on top of the cheese, then put the rest of stuffing mix; pour the rest of melted butter over the top. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and cook for 1 hour.
