cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
shredded mozzarella cheese
stove top stuffing (prepared as directed)
Steam Zucchini and onions till tender
Mix together sour cream, soup and cheese(1 cup), salt, pepper to taste.
Line a 9x13 greased casserole dish with prepared stuffing.
Mix together the steamed veggies with the cream mixture and pour over lined cassarole dish.
Top with additional cheese (1/2 cup)and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min. till bubbly and golden.
