- cubed zucchini
- 1 c
- cubed onion
- 1 c
- sour cream
- 1 can(s)
- cream of celery, chicken or mushroom soup
- 1 1/2 c
- shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 box
- stove top stuffing (prepared as directed)
- salt and pepper to taste
1Preheat Oven 350
2Steam Zucchini and onions till tender
3Mix together sour cream, soup and cheese(1 cup), salt, pepper to taste.
4Line a 9x13 greased casserole dish with prepared stuffing.
5Mix together the steamed veggies with the cream mixture and pour over lined cassarole dish.
6Top with additional cheese (1/2 cup)and bake at 350 degrees for 30-45 min. till bubbly and golden.
