I got this recipe years ago from one of our church members. I have tweaked it a bit so it isn't as sweet. Perfect to go along with that turkey or ham during the holidays!

Ingredients

2 c
mashed sweet potatoes
1 c
sugar
1/4 stick
butter
1/2 c
milk
1/2 tsp
cinnamon

TOPPING

1 c
crushed corn flakes
1/2 c
pecans, in pieces
1/2 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
2 Tbsp
melted butter

Step-By-Step

1Mix all ingredients well and put in casserole dish. Bake at 375 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until not soupy.
2Remove from oven and put topping mix on top and place back in oven for 10 minutes.
