Cook sweet potatoes then mash.

Mix and pour into potatoes the eggs beaten, salt, brown sugar, melted butter, milk and vanilla. Pour into a 2 qt casserole or an 8 x 10 dish.

Make topping and sprinkle on top. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes.
