SWEET POTATO NUTTY CRUMBLE CASSAROLE
- 2tbsp, melted butter 2 tbsp flour ¼ cup brown sugar 2 tsp cinnamon ¼ cup chopped pecans (set aside) add butter a 1 1/2qt deep dish; add ¼ cup chicken broth ( stock) slice 3 lbs of large peeled sweet potatoes into ½ round
Repeat layers again until all potatoes are all used up.
Bake covered @ 350* for 1 hour.
Remove from oven and press down with settler.
Top with the crumble toppings ,and bake it for 15 minutes.
Rest 5 minutes
