Super Easy Healthy and Delicious Craisin Brown Rice

This is a recipe from my dear friend Hinda. She made and presented it at a Women's circle meeting/dinner.
FOR ANYONE THAT DOESN'T LIKE BROWN RICE, You just won't taste the brownness of the rice.
A favorite because of the easiness, and the awesome results.
Doesn't work well with white rice because of the long cooking time... but you can give it a try.

Ingredients

2 c
brown rice-i use organic short grain
3 c
water
1/2 c
olive oil
1/2 c
soy sauce--i use organic (can use less-just add more water)
1 Tbsp
garlic
1/2 c
craisins-can substitue with raisins
salt and pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Bake in 9x13 glass dish, covered tight with aluminum foil at 350 Degrees for 1 1/2 hours, or until all water is absorbed.

You can reduce the amounts of oil and soy sauce, But I do recommend to make it as per the recipe the first time.

For those concerned about the oil and the sodium in soy sauce, I have made it with half the oil and half the soy sauce and it's still terrific. (Just Add extra water when you take out part of the liquid ingredients)
