My Mother fixed this for the family and well needless to say there was never any left overs. Sooooo good!!

Ingredients

2 1/2 c
creamed corn
1 c
milk
1 large
egg, well beaten
1 c
cracker crumbs
1/4 c
minced onion
3 Tbsp
chopped green pepper
1 Tbsp
chopped pimento
3/4 tsp
salt
1/3 tsp
pepper
2 Tbsp
butter, melted
1/2 c
cracker crumbs with above melted butter

Step-By-Step

1Heat, then stir in beaten egg. Last 2 ingredients for next step !!
2Pour into greased cake pan!
Pour on melted butter and cracker crumbs !
3Bake at 350 for 20 min.
