Ingredients For rice and cheese casserole

  • 1 c
    cooked rice (not minute rice)
  • 8 oz
    velveeta cheese, cubed
  • 8 oz
    cojack cheese (pepper jack), cubed
  • 8 oz
    sour cream*
  • 1 can
    cream of mushroom soup, undiluted
  • 1 (4.5 oz) can
    chopped green chiles, undrained

How To Make rice and cheese casserole

    Mix all ingredients together and bake @ 350 degrees until bubbly.

    *To make it spicey, substitute jalepeno dip. Even if it has a cheese base. It only makes it cheesier.
