I found this casserole on the net...I love all things Pineapple, so I was looking for a side dish we might like.
Thought I'd share it with my friends on JAP since I liked it.

Bake

Ingredients

2 can(s)
(15 oz) cans pinapple chunks
1 c
sugar (but i used splenda)
6 Tbsp
flour
2 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c
melted butter
1 c
cornflakes (this one has 'ritz crackers' instead)

Directions Step-By-Step

1
Drain pineapple, reserving 6 tablespoons juice.
Combine sugar and flour in bowl; stir in reserved juice.
Add cheese and pineapple chunks; mix well.
Spoon into greased baking dish.
Sprinkle mixture of butter and cornflakes over top
and bake 20-30 minutes at 350°
*Note from Ann Kelly:
I use ritz crackers in mine instead of corn flakes (I always have crackers on hand) and don't add the flour or sugar anymore. It tastes the same and saves a few calories :)
*NOTE from Cin:
I use Splenda, 1/2 the flour and Cornflakes.
