Pineapple Casserole

This is a great side dish and very easy to make.

Ingredients

1 c
sugar
6 Tbsp
all purpose flour
2 c
grated sharp cheddar chesse
2
20 oz. cans of pineapple chunks drained(reserve 6 tablespoons of juice)
1 c
ritz cracker crumbs
1 stick
melted butter

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees
2In a mixing bowl combine sugar and flour. Gradually stir in cheese. Add pineapple and stir well. Pour mixture into a greased disposable casserole pan. Combine cracker crumbs, butter and pineapple juice and spread on top of pineapple mixture.
3Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
