Pineapple Cheese Casserole

I had this a few years back for the first time and really liked it. It's a good choice for something different as a side dish.

Ingredients

2 20 0z can(s)
pineapple tidbits, drain and reserve juice
3 Tbsp
flour
5 Tbsp
reserved pineapple juice
1 8 oz pkg
shredded cheddar cheese
1 c
ritz type crackers, crushed
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 stick
butter, melted

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly butter a casserole baking dish.

2Combine flour and pineapple juice, mix well. In a bowl stir flour mixture into the pineapple. Pour into the casserole dish.

3Combine the cheese, crackers, sugar and melted butter. Sprinkle this topping over the pineapple in the casserole dish.

4Bake for 40-45 minutes till bubbly and browned some on top.
