- buttery crackers, crushed. ( i use club crackers by keebler)

- white or yellow cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 Tbsp
- 1 c
- 2 (20) oz
- cans of pineapple chunks in juice, drained
Combine the flour, sugar and cheese. Stir in the pineapple until evenly coated. Place the mixture in the baking dish and spread out evenly. Top with crackers.
Bake 25-30 minutes or until golden and bubbly. Serve warm.
