Ingredients For *** mom's hash brown casserole ***

  • 1 - 32 oz. pkg
    shredded hash brown potatoes, frozen
  • 1/2 c
    onion, chopped
  • 2 can
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt
    sour cream
  • 1/2 c
    butter, melted
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 2 c
    crushed corn flakes

How To Make *** mom's hash brown casserole ***

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (except butter & corn flakes), mix well.

    In a greased 13 x 9" pan, pour mixture in. Mix butter & corn flake crumbs, sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 1 hour.
