1 - 32 oz. pkgshredded hash brown potatoes, frozen

1/2 conion, chopped

2 cancream of mushroom soup

1 cshredded cheddar cheese
-
1 ptsour cream
-
1/2 cbutter, melted
-
salt & pepper, to taste

2 ccrushed corn flakes
How To Make *** mom's hash brown casserole ***

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2In a large bowl, mix all ingredients (except butter & corn flakes), mix well.

3In a greased 13 x 9" pan, pour mixture in. Mix butter & corn flake crumbs, sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake 1 hour.
