My mother-in-law made this for my niece because she wouldn't eat carrots. It's the only way she would eat them. Very simple but tasty recipe.

Ingredients

carrots
2
beef bouillon cubes
water

Step-By-Step

1Peel and slice as many carrots as desired. Put in saucepan. Add enough water to just cover the carrots. Add the beef bouillon cubes to this.
2Cover with lid and stir occasionally until bouillon cubes have dissolved. Simmer till carrots are tender and serve.
