When we all lived closer to each other, my girlfriends and I used to get together often and for any reason at all. One thing we always insisted upon was for Jessianna to bring her "Corn Casserole". It continues to be a favorite with everybody I share it with. :-)

Directions

Melt butter and combine all ingredients.

Bake uncovered in 350 degree oven for 30 min.

Cover with foil and bake another 15-20 min.

made this for the first time at thanksgiving and have since tried it with chopped jalapeno and again with i can drained rotel diced tomatoes with jalapenos. so very good and an instant family fave.
