hominy, drained
1/4 stick

margarine
1 can

cream of chicken soup
1 pt

sour cream
1/3 c

onion, chopped
1 1/2 c

cheddar cheese, grated

How To Make hominy casserole

Mix all ingredients and put in baking dish.

Top with crushed corn flakes and 2 tablespoons of melted margarine.
