Ingredients
| 4 c | finely diced ... boiled cooked taters |
| 1 md | onion...chopped fine |
| 4 Tbsp | flour |
| black pepper...to taste ( salt if wanted) | |
| 1 c | milk |
| 1 pkg | frankfurters...thinly sliced....(i used turkey ones) |
| 4 Tbsp | margarine |
| 1/2to3/4 c | shredded sharp cheddar cheese |
| a dash of celery salt, parsley and paprika |

Directions
Wash and pre-boil potatoes.
Till a fork goes gently into them
Let cool, put in refrigerator overnight .
Next morning and peel.In morning.... Cut up pre-potatoes like for
hash potatoes.Little squares.Cut up onions, add to potatoes.
ADD milk,flour and pepper, to potatoesSlice frankfurters add to potatoes.
Add parsley, celery salt, and a dash of paprika.Mix all together, put in the crockpot.
Cover and cook mixture on high .about 4 hours.Top with cheese (optinal) and cover
about 1 hour before done.
Or put under the broiler...to slightly melt cheese.My QUI QUI...Patiently waiting and hopeing...
that I wiil drop a frankfurter ring or two!!..

Nancy, sorry my friend, but you struck out with me on this one. I feel, and it is just my opinion that hot dogs of any variety are not fit for human consumption. personally I can not eat them without gagging and I refuse them whenever they are served here in the home. It really hurts me to say these things to you because I am such a fan of yours and your recipes. Take care and cook on!! Don

My doggie..sat there all the time i was
cutting the frankfurters!
I put two pieces down in front of her. on the floor...
it sat there for at least 10 min..
Thats why she had that soreful look!!
Poor baby..she knows she can not take it...
till I say..O.K.!
Then she is like greased lightening.........LOL
