FRANKFURTER TATER HASH-crockpot

|4 c||finely diced ... boiled cooked taters|
|1 md||onion...chopped fine|
|black pepper...to taste ( salt if wanted)|
|1 pkg||frankfurters...thinly sliced....(i used turkey ones)|
|1/2to3/4 c||shredded sharp cheddar cheese|
|a dash of celery salt, parsley and paprika|

DirectionsWash and pre-boil potatoes.
Till a fork goes gently into them
Let cool, put in refrigerator overnight .
Next morning and peel.In morning.... Cut up pre-potatoes like for
hash potatoes.Little squares.Cut up onions, add to potatoes.
ADD milk,flour and pepper, to potatoesSlice frankfurters add to potatoes.
Add parsley, celery salt, and a dash of paprika.Mix all together, put in the crockpot.
Cover and cook mixture on high .about 4 hours.Top with cheese (optinal) and cover
about 1 hour before done.
Or put under the broiler...to slightly melt cheese.My QUI QUI...Patiently waiting and hopeing...
that I wiil drop a frankfurter ring or two!!..
