This is such an easy recipe that it can be made on a busy weeknight yet tastes like a weekend dish. Very easy and tasty. Good enough to make on a holiday.

Ingredients

2
eggs
1 can(s)
cream of chicken soup
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn, drained
1 box
jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 c
milk
2 3/4 c
shredded mozzarella cheese

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 9X13 rectangular baking pan with cooking spray. Warm the pan in the oven while you mix up the ingredients.
2Mix all ingredients in a medium size bowl and pour into warmed baking pan. Bake till lightly brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Serve warm.
