Creamed Corn Pudding

This came from a family friend. She collected it from a Jiffy Cornbread Box. Our family loves it for Thankgiving, but it is good for anytime.

Ingredients

8 oz
cornbread mix
1
egg
1 stick
butter or margarine (1/2 cup)
15 oz
creamed corn
15 oz
corn nibblets

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease or spray a 2 quart baking dish. (I use a round casserole dish.)

2In a mixing bowl, mix all ingredients together.
Pour mix in dish.

3Bake for 1 hour. (I bake it with a lid for 45 mins, then without for 15 mins.)
Remove from oven, and serve hot/warm. Enjoy!
