I stumbled across this recipe and it was perfect for the kids that do not like vegetables.

Ingredients

1/4 lb
butter, melted
1 can(s)
whole kernel corn 15 oz
1 can(s)
creamed corn 15 oz
1 box
corn muffin mix. 8.5 oz
1 oz
sour cream

Directions Step-By-Step

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C )

In a mixing bowl, combine butter, whole corn, creamed corn, corn muffin mix and sour cream.

Fold all ingredients together, pour into a 2 quart casserole dish.
Bake for an hour.
