Ingredients

corn, cream-style
1 can(s)
corn, canned
1/2 c
onion chopped
1 jar(s)
pimento (2oz)
2/3 c
milk
1
egg, beaten
1 c
cracker crumbs
1 c
cheddar cheese, shredded
1/4 c
butter, melted
2 Tbsp
sugar
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper

Directions Step-By-Step

Combine corn, onion, pimientos, milk, egg, cracker crumbs, cheese, butter, sugar, salt and pepper.

Pour into a greased 2 quart casserole. Bake 1 hour at 350. Serves 6-8.
