- mexian cornbread mix (use the full envelope of martha white mix)
- grated cheese
1Combine all ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole dish (11" by 13"). Top with grated cheese.
2Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
3You can half this recipe for a smaller casserole. You will still need to bake it on 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
