Corn Bread Casserole with Peppers
- 1 15 1/2 oz can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 15 oz can cream style corn
- 1cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup melted butter ( 1 stick)
- 1 8 oz package corn muffin mix
- 1/4 cup pickled jalapeño peppers optional
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
Bake for 40 to 45 mins a toothpick should come out clean.
Serve while still warm .
