Ingredients

1 lb
carrots
1 stick
butter
3
eggs
3 Tbsp
flour
1 tsp
baking powder
1 tsp
vanilla
1 c
sugar

Directions Step-By-Step

Chop carrots and boil until tender. Puree in blender. Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth. Bake in greased casserole dish at 350* for 45 mins or in a souffle' dish for 1 hour.
