    can green ghilies
  • 1/2 lb
    grated cheddar cheese
  • 2
    eggs
  • 2 c
    milk
  • 1/2 c
    flour
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt

How To Make baked chili relleno

  • 1
    Cut chilies in 2-inch pieces. Lay in 7x11-inch baking dish and cover with cheese. Beat egg, add flour, milk and salt. Pour oveer cheese. Bake 45-50 minutes in 350 degrees oven until set and light golden. Makes 4 servings.
