Apricot Noodle Kugel

- bag wide egg noodles
- 1 stick
- butter, room temperature
- 1 pkg
- cream cheese, room temperature
- brown sugar
- 12 oz jar apricot preserves
1Boil noodles in salted water for 4 minutes
2Mix noodles with the butter and cream cheese. Then add the eggs.
3Place half the noodles in a 9 x 13 inch greased casserole dish.
4Top the noodles with half jar of preserves and then sprinkle brown sugar over preserves (I'd say a couple handfulls.)
5Top with the ramining noodles and preserves and again sprinkle with brown sugar.
6Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
